Akte vermeld dat het overlijden is aangegeven door zijn zoon, Jacob de Boer, schoenmaker, 30 jr. Dirk was weduwnaar van Maartje Swaan.

Maartje Jacobs Swaan, ged. 14 mrt 1773 te Zijpe, ovl. 16 sep 1822 te Zijpe, Op internet staat dat Maartje Swaan in Winkel is overleden. Dit is onjuist. Maartje is in Schagerbrug overleden volgens de overlijdensakte van Zijpe. In Winkel is geen Maartje Swaan te vinden., dochter van Jacob Sijmonsz Swaan en Maartje Sijmens Kramer
