Emmo van Loon ‎(° eerste helft 11e eeuw ?? - overleden vóór 5 februari 1078)‎ was de tweede graaf van het graafschap Loon.

Zijn sterfdatum wordt dan gesitueerd omdat zijn opvolger, Arnold I van Loon op die datum voor het eerst in de geschiedenis opduikt. Emmo was hoogstwaarschijnlijk de zoon van de eerste graaf, Giselbert van Loon. Emmo's broer Otto was abt van de abdij te Sint-Truiden. Emmo was getrouwd met Swanhilde van Holland, een dochter van Dirk III van Holland.

Sommige historici gaan ervan uit dat Emmo en Otto een tijdlang gezamenlijk het graafschap bestuurden omwille van onverdeeldheid; andere gezaghebbende geschiedkundigen betwijfelen dit.
